Exception Messages
The exception messages widget display the different types of exceptions associated with the items for the planner. The planner is the logged in user. By default, the data is displayed for three months, for this widget.
Note: You can use the Configure option to select a date range to view the
data for that time period.
The Exception Messages widget displays the following records:
- Rescheduled-in
- Rescheduled Out
- Transfer Late
- Cancel
- Item Error
- Inventory < Safety Plan
- Finish Data > Requirements Date
- Overloaded Resource
Note: The Exception Messages date is retrieved from Exception
Messages by Planner and Item (cprao1125m000) session.
On this widget you can:
- View and analyze exception messages.
- Monitor the reschedule-in exceptions, cancel exceptions, reschedule out exceptions, supply issues for the item.
- View the reference date, information on the order involved, and a quantity for exception messages.
- Configure the different types of exception messages to particular planner based on the priority, no of days and no of exceptions and other required parameters.
Note: The logged in user must be a planner associated with the items to
view the exception messages.
