Customer Contacts Widget

The Customer Contacts widget displays a list of Sold-to Business Partners and the related contacts. This widget displays data that is populated from the Customer 360 (tdsmi1500m000) session in Infor LN.

By default, the widget lists all the business partners based on the Internal Sales Representative specified in the Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session in Infor LN. If the Internal Sales Representative is not specified in this session, the current user is considered the Internal Sales Representative. You must select Refresh Data on the Menu (configure) icon to refresh and synchronize data from Infor LN.

Using the search bar, you can also search a business partner by name.

Note: The contacts of the BP are displayed only if the Sold-to check box is selected in the Sales Roles tab, in the Contacts by Business Partner Role (tccom4545m000) session.
You can click the record to view the contacts associated with a business partner. By default, the details of the first contact are displayed. In case of multiple contacts, you can click the Profile Photo of the contact to view the details in a window. The details displayed for each contact include:
  • Name
  • Job Title
  • Primary Phone Number
  • E-mail Address
On the window you can,
  • Click previous or next to view the previous and next business partner record.
  • The search feature can be used to find the details of the contact associated with the business partner.
Note: 
  • The do not call icon indicates that the ‘Do Not Call’ check box is selected on the Infor LN, for the primary phone.
  • The integrated application opens if you click on the primary phone number and email address. For example, the Outlook opens to send mail.
