Contract Manager
The Contract Manager homepage enables you to view banner widget and
regular widgets. You can view the information related to the project contracts based on the
data available in Infor LN for the selected company and can also configure the
widgets.
These LN widgets are included in the Contract Manager homepage:
- Contract Manager Selection
- This banner widget is used to set the filters to view the required data.
- Customer Contacts Widget
- This widget is used to view the Customer contacts for the selected company and internal sales representative.
- Contract Lookup
- This widget is used to view the list of all the contract data based on the selected Company, Financial Company, Sales Office and Internal Sales Representative.
- Deliverables Widget
- This banner widget displays deliverables that are open for the selected company, sales office, internal sales representative.
- Contract Amount
- This widget displays the contract amount, funded amount, invoiced amount for the selected Financial company, sales office and internal sales representative.
- Bid Insights
- The Bid Insights widget is used to view the cost, revenue, margin details of the bids for the selected financial company, logistic company, sales office, internal sales representative.
- Contract margin
- This widget displays the budgeted and forecasted amount of a contract compared with the sales value and the difference as Margin in Column Stacked Chart.
- Bids Widget
- This widget allows the Sales Manager and Internal Sales Representative to view the associated Bids. The widget displays the list and details of the bids.
- Bids Monitor
- This widget displays bids that are open for the selected Company, Sales office, internal Sales Representative.
You can configure each widget on the homepage separately by selecting the Configure Widget screen from the respective widget.
