Escalated Calls

The widget displays the list of the un-processed calls with the emergency status.

This data is an issue for a support center since escalated calls does not meet the latest response time obligation. Each escalated call in the list displays the details such as status, call ID/number, call description, Business Partner name, type of call and time left information.

You can click on the required escalated call to view details such as selected company, call ID and description, Business Partner name, emergency status, service office, status and time left.

You can sort the list of calls by selecting Sort option. Possible values:

  • Emergency
  • Time left
  • Alphabetical
Note: By default escalated calls are sorted by time left and grouped by emergency.
