Service Order bottleneck List
The calls for which the planned start time of the related service order is in the past and there is no actual start date on the service order are displayed in the bottleneck list. The Call Center Clerk can review the bottleneck list and interact with the service planner to expedite these calls. Each service order bottleneck calls display details such as status, call ID/number, call description and Planned start time of the call.
You can select the required call to view the details such as selected company, call ID and description, call service engineer, service order status, planned start date and time, service office, business partner name, related service order, order duration, dispatch time.
You can sort the list of calls by selecting
option. Possible values:- Planned Start Time
- Alphabetical
