Bids Monitor

The Bids Monitor widget displays bids that are open (Bids with status other than Awaiting Response and Expired in the Bids (tpest3100m000) session).

The information displayed at the center of the Donut chart represents the total amount. Place the pointer over the Donut chart to view the bid count and the bid value represented by the arc. The amounts are displayed in the local currency of the Sales Office.

In the Legend, you can view the purchase contact lines that are:

Open: Represented in Green color.
Awaiting Response: Represented in Orange.
Expired: Represented in Red color.

The number of bids represented by each color is also displayed outside the Donut chart.

Click the Donut chart or the Legend to access the Bids (tpest3100m000) session and view the data based on the widget settings.

Bids are filtered based on either the Internal Sales Representative or the Sales Office, or both. By default, the widget considers the Sales Office or Internal Sales Representative specified in the Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session.

If the user profile is not maintained at LN, it is required to specify these details in the Widget Configure settings, else an error message is displayed.
