RFQ Responses Widget

The RFQ Responses widget displays the list of RFQ lines and the corresponding bidders. The RFQ lines display RFQ codes, description, and the due date for the RFQ response.
You can view the RFQs responses using the Week view or Day view. By default, the value in the display field is set to Week. The RFQs responses for the current week are also displayed. You can click Sort by to sort the RFQ lines based on due time and percentage. The RFQ lines can be searched based on the RFQ ID and description. You can click Previous and Next for navigate to past or future weeks or days. You can select a day from the date picker for Day view. Each RFQ response on the widget displays information such as due date, percentage of total response, and the number of questions pending.
Note: The Alert icon indicates that the response due date has exceeded.
The RFQs from Infor LN are retrieved based on the Buyer and Purchase Office in the Purchase User profiles (tdpur0143m000) session, if defined. Else, RFQs that has logged on user as Buyer are retrieved You can also view the data by configuring the appropriate values on the RFQ Responses widget settings screen.
Note: RFQs for a specified Buyer and Purchase office can be viewed in the RFQ (tdpur8310m000) session in Infor LN

Each RFQ in the list provides information about the RFQ ID, RFQ description, response date, percentage of total respondents, and alerts based on questions to be answered. You can click on a specific RFQ to view a donut chart indicating the number of bidders who have responded, whose responses are pending, and who are negotiating. The header section of the window displays information about the total number of bidders’ responses for all the status indicators, RFQ code, description and due date. You can click Previous or Next to navigate from one RFQ line to another.

You can click drillback for redirecting to the Request for Quotation (tdpur1600m000) session in LN with the Responses tab active.

You can click on the required RFQ to view the RFQ responses. These are the status for the RFQ responses:
  • Pending: Indicated in orange.
  • Negotiating: Indicated in red.
  • Responded: Indicated in green.

You can select Refresh data on the menu using ellipses icon to refresh and synchronize data from Infor LN
