Average Order Value
The Average Order Value widget provides a comprehensive view
of the average purchase orders obtained for the specified period. The average order value is
calculated based on the total amount of purchase for a period and number of orders for the
same period. The widget displays a graphical representation of average order value along with
information such as purchase office, local currency and the selected period. Average order
value is based on the purchase office, and suppliers. This banner widget is displayed on the
LN Purchase Manager page.
The Formula for Average Order Value:
Total amount of Purchases for a given period/ Number of orders in that
period
The widget retrieves information from table (tdpur400) session in Infor
LN to display the average order value of the purchase order. The widget displays a graphical
representation based on the calculated value for a specified period. You can rest the pointer
on the graph to view the exact average order value. The Refresh data
option can be selected on the menu using ellipses icon to refresh and synchronize data from
Infor LN.
Note: A line chart displays the data comparing the same period
for current year and previous year, if YTD option is selected. A bar
chart displays the data comparing the same period for current year and previous year, if
MTD option is selected. A bar chart displays the four previous
periods compared to the current period, if the years, months, weeks
options are selected.
