Assisted Text Authoring

The Assisted Text Authoring widget uses the advanced GenAI Text Generation and Analysis techniques to generate the description for a sales item. You can click Widgets in the Insights panel to view this widget in the Item - Sales (tdisa0601m000) or the Item – Sales by Office (tdisa0181m000) session. The widget provides coherent, natural-language text that is informative and engaging. The widget uses translation features of GenAI to convert the generated or modified content into multiple supported languages. This ensures every user can view the content with the same meaning and detail. You can use this widget to manage the content generated for a sales item in multiple languages.

To view the content in multiple languages, you can use the Configure option and select one or more languages. When you click Save, the selected languages are displayed as tabs in the widget.

Note:
  • By default, English language is selected.
  • The content in this widget is displayed only if the Sales check box is selected in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session.

You can use these options in the widget:

  • Edit: Enables you to modify the existing content.
  • Re-Generate: Enables you to generate new content. This option is displayed when you select the Edit option.
Note: The Save option is enabled only after modifying or regenerating the content.
  • Sync and Save all: Enables you to translate the content in all languages automatically and ensures consistency for multilingual configurations.
  • Save: Enables you to save the content for the selected language.

The widget does not store any data. All the generated, modified and translated content is stored in the Text Editor window. You can access this window using the Edit Text option on the toolbar in the Item – Sales (tdisa0601m000) and Item – Sales by office (tdisa0181m000) sessions.
