Configuring the Calls Widget

To configure the Calls widget:

  1. Click the elipsis icon and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Company
    The company code.
    Note: 
    • By default, the company associated with the user is displayed. Company must be selected if you configure the widget for the first time. The fields are defaulted based on the last selection.
    • By default, the value is retrieved from User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. You can select a value from the list of logistic companies retrieved from the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN.
    Service Office
    The Service Office is defaulted from the Service User Profile (tsmdm1150m000) session. The Service Offices displayed are authorized for the user in the Service Offices by User Profile (tsmdm1155m000).
  3. Click Save to save the details.
