Configuring the Potential Stock Shortages widget

and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed..

Specify this information:
- Company
- The code of the company.Note: By default, the value is retrieved from User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. However, you can modify this value by selecting from the list of logistic companies which is based on the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN.
- Site
- The code of the Site.Note:
- This field is displayed only for the company with an active Site.
- The value defaults, if the Warehousing User Profiles (whwmd1140s000) session has a default warehouse.
- You can set to All Sites to view data at the company level.
- Warehouse
- The code of the warehouse.Note:
- The value defaults if the Warehousing User Profiles (whwmd1140s000) session has a default warehouse.
- You can set to All Warehouses to view data at the company level or at the site level for a company with the active site.
- Period
- The duration for which the item inventory is retrieved.
Possible values:
- Days
- Weeks
- Months
Note: By default, the value is set to Days. - Number of <Period>
- Indicates the number for the selected Period. The values
range from 7 to 14.
Example:
If the Period is set to Weeks, the value in this field indicates the number of weeks.
- Only show items for which shortages exists
- Select this check box to view only the deficit items for
the selected duration starting from the current date.Note: In the list, the alert
icon is not displayed if this check box is
selected. - Include for Context Selection
- Select this check box to apply the filters selected in the
Selection (Inventory) widget.Note: This check box is visible only if this widget is added in the homepage along with the widget.
