Configuring the Excess Inventory widget
- Click and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Company
- The code of the company.Note: By default, the value is retrieved from User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. However, you can modify this value by selecting from the list of logistic companies which is based on the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN.
- Site
- The code of the site.
- This field is visible only if the selected Company is associated with an active Site.
- The value defaults, if the Warehousing User Profiles (whwmd1140s000) session has a default warehouse.
- You can set to All Sites to view data at the company level.
- Warehouse
- The code of the warehouse.Note:
- By default, the warehouse defaulted in the Warehousing User Profiles (whwmd1140s000) session is displayed.
- You can select All Warehouse to view the list of all the items in the warehouses which is linked to the Site or Company.
- Period
- The duration for which the excess inventory is displayed in
the chart. Possible values:
- Days
- Weeks
- Months
Note: By default, the Period is set to Days.
- Period for Excess Inventory Calculation
- The duration for calculating the excess inventory. The
values range from 1 to 14.Note: By default, this field is set to seven. Therefore, the excess inventory is calculated from the current date to next seven days.
- Period Start Date
- The start date of the period.
- By default, this field is set to the current date.
- You can specify only a date prior to the current date.
- Subtract Safety Stock Levels
- Select this check box to exclude the safety stock quantity specified in the Item Data by Warehouse (whwmd2110s000) session from the calculated excess inventory.
- Include for Context Selection
- Select this check box to apply the filters selected in the
Selection
widget.Note: This check box is visible only if this widget is added in the homepage along with the Selection widget.
- Click Save.
