Configuring the Monitor widgets

To configure the Monitor widget:

  1. Click the ellipsis icon in the Monitor widget.
  2. Select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Company
    The company code.
    Note: 
    • By default, the company associated with the user is displayed. Company must be selected if you configure the widget for the first time. The fields are defaulted based on the last selection.
    • By default, the value is retrieved from User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. You can select a value from the list of logistic companies retrieved from the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN.
    Support Engineer
    The Support Engineers that are available for the selected Company. The Support Engineer defaults from the Service User Profile (tsmdm1150m000) session.
    Note: To select Support Engineer, specify three characters of the code or name for the support engineer. The Support Engineer is the employee defined in the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session.
    Emergency calls to process today
    The emergency calls that are required to be processed on the current date.
    Emergency calls to process later
    The emergency calls that are required to be processed after the current date.
    Assigned calls to process today
    The assigned calls that need to be processed on the day of work.
    Assigned calls to process later
    The assigned calls that need to be processed on the day after the day of work.
    Calls in (today)
    The list of all the calls on the day of work (current date).
    Bad fixes (%) last 7 days
    The list of calls from past 7 days (including the current date) for which the issues have not been fixed properly.
    Note: 
    • You can click the Edit icon on the Configure window to access the Edit window. You can specify the range and corresponding color for each monitor.
    • You can use the drag icon to arrange the fields in the required order. You can use the slider/line to select the level, color.
    • You can set the range corresponding to the color by specifying the Grater than and Less than values for each key performance indicator.
    • If the value is zero, the count badge is shown in grey color. If the value is not within the set range, it displays in azure color.
