Project Activities
The bar chart is displayed based on the different stages the activity of the project is
executed. The user responsible for projects can view the status of total activities such as
Started, Not Started, and Finished. The status of the project activities is classified based on
the scheduled date specified in Infor LN. The data is retrieved from the Activities (tppss2100m000) session in Infor LN.
Note: In Infor LN, the scheduled start and finish date of
the activities must be specified.
On the widget, you can select the status category. Possible values:
- Activity status
- Work Authorization status
Activity status
You can view the total number of activities for each status.
The table lists the status for activities:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Started | The activity has started and yet to be completed |
| Not Started | The activity has not yet started within the specified Scheduled Start Date |
| Finished | The activity has been completed |
| Finished Too Late | The activity has started and completed after the Scheduled Finish Date |
| Too Late | The activity has been started and not completed within the Scheduled Finish Date |
Note:
- If the Actual Start Date is specified and the Actual Finish Date is blank for the project activity in Infor LN, the activity is included in the Started and Too Late status
- The widget displays only the Finished, Finished Too Late, and Too Late status, if the Show field is set to Milestones Only on the screen.
- You must click the bar chart to drill back to Activities (tppss2100m000) session in Infor LN. The details in the Activities session are displayed based on the value specified in the Project on the screen for the selected Role. See Configuring the Project Progress widget
Work Authorization status
The table lists the status for activities:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Released | The work for which an activity is sanctioned. |
| On Hold | The work for which an activity is suspended. |
| Finished | The work for which an activity is executed. |
| Closed | The work for which an activity is completed and the financial transactions are closed. |
