Configuring the Monitors (Shopfloor) widget

To configure the Monitors (Shopfloor) widget:

  1. Click the ellipses icon.
  2. Select Configure. The Configure widget window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Logistic Company
    The code of the logistic company.
    Note: By default, the value is retrieved from User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. However, you can modify this value by selecting from the list of financial companies based on the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN.
    Rework (Non released)
    The record displays the non-active rework orders based on the filter by logged in planner.
    Note: The data for this record is retrived from (tisfc0501m000).
    Active Rework Orders
    The record displays the number of Active orders on the monitors based on the filter by logged in planner with active status.
    Note: The data for this record is retrived from (tisfc0501m000).
    Open Orders Completed In past
    The record displays the backlog orders-based filter by logged in planner with completed status and planned delivery date less than today..
    Note: The data for this record is retrived from (tisfc0501m000).
    WH Production Advices (SIC)
    The record displays the alerts derived from the production order based on the planner assigned to the item. the record displays the count of orders on the current date.
    Note: The data for this record is retrived from (whina3100m000).
    Critical to start (Opens non-released orders in the past)
    The record displays the number of orders count based the filter by logged in planner with order status as planned or modified or printed and planned delivery date less than today.
  4. Click Save to save the details.
    Note: 
    • You can click the Edit icon on the Configure window to access the Edit window. You can specify the range and corresponding color for each monitor.
    • You can use the drag icon to arrange the fields in the required order. You can use the slider/line to select the level, color.
    • You can set the range corresponding to the color by specifying the Higher than and Lower than values for each exception message. Possible color values:
      • Emerald
      • Amber
      • Ruby
    • If the value is zero, the count badge is shown in grey color. If the value is not within the set range, it displays in azure color.
