Configuring the Project Manager Selection widget

  1. Click the ellipses icon and select Configure. The Configure Widget window is displayed.
  2. Click Lookup to set the filters.
  3. Select these filters on the lookup window:
    Company
    The code of the company.
    Note: 
    • By default, the company associated with the user is displayed. When you configure the widget for the first time, the company must be selected. Henceforth, the fields are defaulted based on the last selection.
    • By default, the value is retrieved from User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. However, you can select a value from the list of companies retrieved from the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN.
    Project Office
    The list of project offices available for the selected company.
    Note: You can select the Project Office from the list of project offices that are linked to the selected Company. These are retrieved from the Project Management Offices (tppdm0110m000) session in Infor LN.
    Project manager
    The list of employees who are associated to the selected company.
    Note: 
    • You can specify three characters on the Search bar to retrieve the list of employees from the Employees (tccom0501m000) session in Infor LN.
    • The selected value is defaulted. You can search to modify the value.
    Project
    The Projects that the logged in Project Manager is authorized to access.
    Note: 
    • Logged in user must be a project manager or at least he should have view authorization to see the widget data.
    • By default, the value is retrieved from Project User Profiles (tppdm0501m000) session in LN.
    • You can select a Project from the list of authorized Projects. These are retrieved from the Projects (tppdm6100m000) session in Infor LN.
  4. Click Apply. The widget is configured on the Project Manager page.
