Configuring the Monitor widgets
To configure the Monitor widget:
- Click the ellipsis icon in the Monitor widget.
 - Select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
 - 
				Specify this information:
				
- Company
 - The company code.Note:
- By default, the company associated with the user is displayed. Company must be selected if you configure the widget for the first time. The fields are defaulted based on the last selection.
 - By default, the value is retrieved from User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. You can select a value from the list of logistic companies retrieved from the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN.
 
 - Service Office
 - The service offices that are available for the selected
									Company.Note: The service office defaults from the Service User Profile (tsmdm1150m000) session. The Service Offices displayed are authorized for the user in the Service Offices by User Profile (tsmdm1155m000).
 - Emergency calls to process today
 - The emergency calls that are required to be processed on the current date.
 - Emergency calls to process later
 - The emergency calls that are required to be processed after the current date.
 - Registered calls to process today
 - The registered calls that are required to be processed on the current date.
 - Registered calls to process later
 - The registered calls that are required to be processed after the current date.
 - Calls in (today)
 - The list of all the calls on the day of work (current date).
 - Bad fixes (%) last 7 days
 - The list of calls from past 7 days (including the current date) for which the issues have not been fixed properly.
 
Note: You can click the Edit icon in the Configure Widget window to access the Edit window. You can specify the range and corresponding color for each monitor.
