Configuring the Employee Availability widget
To configure the Employee Availability widget:
- 
				Click 
and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
			 - Specify this information:
- Company
 - The company of the Logistic code.
 
Note: By default, the value is retrived from User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. However, you can select a value from the list of logistic companies retrived from the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN.- Period
 - The duration for which the data is retrieved. The possible
								values are:
- Day
 - Week
 - Month
 
Note:By default, the default value in this field is set to Week.
 
- Sort By
 - The option to sort the employee details. The possible
								options are:
- Planned hours (low to high)
 - Planned hours (high to low)
 - Available hours (low to high)
 - Available hours (high to low)
 
Note:By default, the default value in this field is set to Planned hours (low to high)
 
- Manager
 - The code of the Manager. By default, this field is set to
								the login ID of the current user.
Specify the first three characters to select the manager from the lookup. Based on the specified three characters the lookup displays the list of managers from the Employees (tccom0501m000) session in Infor LN.
 
 - Click OK.
