Configuring the Work Order Activity Widget

To configure the Work Order Activity widget

  1. Click and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Company
    The company code. This value is retrieved from the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in LN.
    Item
    The item specified in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session in LN. Specify at least three characters to list the items matching the criteria.
    Serial Number
    The serial number corresponding to the item mentioned in the Item field. This can be found in the Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) session.
    Sold-to BP
    The value of the sold-to BP which is defaulted from Sold-to Business Partners (tccom4510m000) session.
    Service Department
    The Operations Department or Service Department field is visible based on the Multi Site implementation. If Sites is active, the Operations Department is defaulted else the Service Department is defaulted from the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session. User can also specify the value from the Service Departments/Offices (tsmdm1100m000) session.
  3. Click Save.
