Configuring the Inventory Aging widget

  1. Click configure and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Company
    The code of the company.
    Site
    The code of the Site.
    Note: 
    • This field is visible, only if the Company is associated with an active Site.
    • The value is defaulted, if the Warehousing User Profiles (whwmd1140s000) session has a default warehouse.
    • The value in this field must be set to All Sites to view data at company level.
    Warehouse
    The code of the warehouse.
    Note: 
    • The value is defaulted, if the Warehousing User Profiles (whwmd1140s000) session has a default warehouse.
    • The value in this field must be set to All Warehouses to view data at company or site level.
    Period
    The duration for aging an item in the inventory. Possible values:
    • Days
    • Weeks
    • Months
    Note: By default, the value is set to Days.
    Minimum Storage Time without Consumption
    The minimum period the items are in a warehouse without consumption. The items that are available prior to this storage period are considered as aged items. These items are to be included in the Aging list and viewed on the Inventory Aging widget.
    Note: By default, the value is set to 1.
    Reference Date
    The reference date to consider the aging period of items based on the value specified in the Minimum Storage Time without Consumption field.

    Example: If the value of Reference Date is set to 1/7/2020 (July), Period is set to Months and Minimum Storage Time without Consumption is set to 2 then the aged period refers to May and other prior months.

    Number of {Period}
    The number of period to be displayed on the chart. The values range from 7 to 14.

    Example: If the Period field is set to Weeks, the value in this field indicates the Number of Weeks.

    Only show aged items
    Select this check box to view only the aged items based on the Reference Date and Minimum Storage Time without Consumption fields.
    Ignore Internal Warehouse Transfers
    Select this check box to exclude the single-site warehouse transfer of items.
    Note: By default, this check box is selected.
  3. Click Save.
