Configuring the Customer Contacts widget

To configure the Customer Contacts widget:
  1. Click and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Company
    The company name.
    Internal Sales Representative
    The code of the Internal Sales Representative. To select an Internal Sales Representative, specify three characters of the code or name for the internal sales representative. The internal sales representative is retrieved from the Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session. The Internal Sales representative is the employee defined in the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session.
    Note: 
    • The current user is defaulted if Internal Sales Representative is not specified in the Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session.
    • By default, the list of Customers for the Internal Sales Representative is displayed. However, to view all the Customers the Internal Sales Representative field must be blank. To retain Internal Sales Representative field as blank you must Publish the widget.
    Include for Context Selection
    Select this check box to apply the filters selected in the Context Selection widget.
    Note: This check box is visible only if this widget is added in the homepage along with the Context Selection widget.
  3. Click Save to configure.
