Top Claims

The Top Claims widget displays top customer and supplier claims with the highest claimed amount. By default, the data is displayed for the current month.

Note: Add the Top Claims widget, subsequently, you must configure the widget using Configure Widget screen to view Top Customer Claims widget or Top Supplier Claims widget. See Configuring the Top Claim widget

Based on the configuration, the Top Customer Claim widget displays highest claimed amount for the customers or the Top Supplier Claim widget displays highest claimed amount for the suppliers.

The bar cart represents the claimed and approved amounts claim. The amounts are displayed in the local currency. The approved amount is represented in Blue and claimed amount is represented in the Gray. You can view the description and Latest Finish Time of the claim above the bar graph.

Click leftarrow or rightarrow to navigate to the previous and next month of an year.

Click sort arrow to sort the claim lines based on the claimed or approved amounts. By default, the Claimed option is selected..

You can specify the status of the claims, in the Configure Widget screen, based on which the data is displayed in the widget. The claims with the status Rejected can be excluded from the widget using the Hide Rejected Claims option.
