Activity Ready to Start
The Activity Ready to Start widget displays the list of activities that are
to begin, for the selected manager. This widget enables the Project Manager to analyze the
activities that are to start.
The manager can also view the related details of the Activities for the specified period. By default, the data is displayed for the current week.
You can search an activity by specifying the Activity code, description, or scheduled date on
the search bar. Each activity line includes:
- Activity Code
- Activity Description
- Scheduled start date for the activity
- Overall Percentage Completion
Click or to navigate to the previous and next period. You can click to select a date when the configured value for the period is set to Day.
Click to sort the activity lines. The available options are:
- Scheduled
- Percentage completed (Low to High)
- Percentage completed (High to Low)
You can click on the Activity to view the progress detail. On the header, click to drillback to the Activities session (tppss2100m000) in Infor LN.
The widget displays the details of Materials, Labor, Equipment, and Subcontracting for the activity. The project code, description, and scheduled time of the activity are also displayed. When the cost type is critical an alert icon is displayed.
- Materials:
- The bar graph represents the availability of materials for the activity. The bar represents the total required material and the colored portion represents the available material. You can click on the Materials to drillback to the Activity Budget (Material) tpptc2110m000 session in Infor LN.
- Labor:
- The bar graph represents the planned and unplanned labor for the activity. The bar represents the total planned labor and the colored portion represents the assigned labor. You can click on the Labor to drillback to the Activity Budget (Labor) tpptc2110m000 session in Infor LN.
- Equipment:
- The bar graph represents the planned and unplanned equipment for the activity. The bar represents the total planned equipment and the colored portion represents the available equipment. You can click on the Equipment to drillback to the Activity Budget (Equipment) tpptc2110m000 session in Infor LN.
- Subcontracting:
- The bar graph represents the planned and unplanned subcontractors for the activity. The bar represents the total planned subcontract and the colored portion represents the allotted subcontract. You can click on the Subcontracting to drillback to the Activity Budget (Subcontracting) tpptc2113m000 session in Infor LN.
