Deliverables Widget

The Deliverables widget displays deliverables that are open (Deliverables with the status other than At Risk or Expected on Time in the Contract Deliverables Monitor (tppdm7100m400) session).

The information displayed at the center of the Donut chart represents the total amount. Place the pointer over the Donut chart to view the number of deliverables and the value represented by the arc. The amounts are displayed in the local currency of the Sales Office.

In the Legend, you can view the purchase contact lines that are:

Open: Represented in Green color.
Expected on Time: Represented in Orange color.
At Risk: Represented in Red color.

The number of deliverables represented by each color is also displayed outside the Donut chart.

Click the Donut chart or the Legend to access the Contract Deliverables Monitor (tppdm7100m400) session and view the data based on the widget settings.

Deliverables are filtered based on either the Internal Sales Representative or the Sales Office, or both. By default, this widget considers the Sales Office or Internal Sales Representative specified in the Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session.

If the user profile is not maintained at LN, it is required to specify these details in the Widget Configure settings, else an error message is displayed.
