Average Order Value

The Average Order Value widget provides a comprehensive view of the average sales orders obtained during the current and previous periods. A graphical representation of the average order value that enables the user to determine the growth of the sales for a period and compare the growth with the previous period.

By default, the widget displays the data in the graph based on the details related to the Site and Sales Office data from Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session in Infor LN. However, you can use the Configure Widget screen to configure the Financial Company, Site, Sales Office of the Financial Company, and Customer fields to retrieve Sales Orders related to the Sales Office (if any) from the default Company. On the header, you can view the name of the Site, Sales Office and Customer as specified on the Configure Widget screen.

You can click Refresh

to refresh and synchronize the data from Infor LN.
Note: In this widget, you can:
  • Modify the value of Period field in the widget. The date picker icon is displayed in the Banner Widget.
  • View the line graph only if the Period is set to Year to Date and a bar graph is displayed when the Period is set to other options.

The widget displays the graph based on the Sales Orders (tdsls4100m000) session in Infor LN for the configured settings.

In widget, the line graph is used to compare the average order value between the current and previous year. However, the bar graph is used to compare the average order value of current period with the previous four periods. The X-Axis and Y-Axis indicates the Period and Data Point (Average Order Value), respectively. You can rest the pointer over the data points on the graph to view the number of sales orders, total sales amount and average order value in the local currency.
