Configuring the Top Claim widget

To configure the Top Claim widget:

  1. Click configure and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
    Note: You can also click Configure Widget on the Top Claims screen.
  2. Specify this information:
    Company
    The company code. This value is retrieved from the LN User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN.
    Display for Role
    The option to view the widgets.
    • Select Customer to view the Top Customer Claim widget
    • Select Supplier to view the Top Supplier Claims widget
    Display Status
    The option to include the claim lines based on the status.. The possible options are:
    • All
    • Open (excludes Settled and Cancelled status)
    Hide Rejected Claims
    If this check box is selected, the Rejected claims are not considered.
    Number of Records
    The maximum number of customers displayed on the widget. The possible options are:
    • 10
    • 20
    • 50
    Note: 
    • By default, 10 is selected.
    • The widget name includes the selected number.
  3. Click Save.
