Support multiple workbench web servers

An LN UI administrator can configure the workbench web server base URL per environment. The value is used only if EMPTY is specified in the Workbench Web Server Base URL field in the Workbench Parameters (HTML based) (ttaad7131m000) session.

Download settings of LN Client Service

Per environment, an LN UI administrator can download a settings file, in JSON format, for the LN Client Service. The file can be used in client applications that support the import of connection settings.
