The process starts with Strategy Management, where objectives, targets, and ESG priorities are defined using OKRs to establish areas of impact. From there, Activity Management supports dividing the strategy into measurable tasks and monitors progress through indicators and alerts. Data Management then calculates KPIs and integrates information from multiple systems to form a reliable data foundation. Next, Analysis Management presents the aggregated and calculated KPIs and compares actual results against targets to evaluate ESG performance. Finally, Reporting Management maps ESG datapoints to applicable frameworks and generates regulator ready XBRL files for submission.
