Production Performance

This widget displays (YTD) data for two KPIs, based on the period from the beginning of the year up to the current date.

These KPIs are displayed in this widget:

First Pass Yield

This KPI evaluates the production order quantities and displays the FPY value along with the trend comparing the current year to the previous year.

Formula: First Pass Yield % = 100 * Good Units Produced / Total Units Produced

Good Units Produced = Quantity to Deliver + Quantity Delivered

Total Units Produced = Good Units Produced + Quantity Rejected + Quantity Scrapped + Quantity Quarantined

The KPI considers only the production orders for which the Order Status is set to Production Completed, Completed, Closed or Archived in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session and excludes any rework orders.

For this KPI:

• If the actual value is negative, the value is displayed in Red colour.
• If the actual value is positive, the value is displayed in Green colour.

Note: 

• The KPI displays the data for the selected fiscal period as well as all prior fiscal periods within the same year.
• The Company and Site fields must be specified in the Filter section.

Capacity Utilization

This KPI displays how efficiently resources are utilized by comparing required capacity against available capacity.

Formula: Capacity Utilization % = 100 * Required Capacity / Available Capacity

For this KPI:

• If the actual value is negative, the value is displayed in Red colour.
• If the actual value is positive, the value is displayed in Green colour.

Note: 

• The KPI displays the data for the selected fiscal period as well as all prior fiscal periods within the same year.
• The data in this KPI displays machine or labor capacity utilization, based on the selected Resource Capacity Type field.
• The Critical Only check box controls whether utilization is displayed for all resources or only for critical resources.
• The Company and Site fields must be specified in the Filter section.
