Program Metrics

This widget displays the data related to budget variance, contract profitability and schedule adherence.

• Budget Variance: This KPI displays the difference between the estimate at completion at the end of the project and Budget planned for the project.

  Formula: Budget Variance= Estimate at Completion (EAC) - Budget at Completion (BAC)/ Budget at Completion (BAC)%

  This value is applicable to the selected program and aggregated for all the projects that are associated with the program.
• Net Contract Profitability: This KPI displays the current profit made from the contracts.

  Formula: Net Contract Profitability= Revenues Recognized till date - Cost of Sales till date/ Cost of Sales till date%

  This value is applicable to the selected program and aggregated for all the projects that are associated with the program.
• Schedule Adherence: This KPI provides insight on the timeliness of the activities of the projects.

  Formula: Schedule Adherence= OTP (on Time Performance) = No. of activities completed till date/ No. of activities planned to be completed as on date
