Inventory Health
This widget displays these KPIs based on overstock inventory, obsolete inventory and inventory turns. For a KPI:
- If the calculated value is less than the corresponding target value, the calculated value is displayed in Red colour.
- If the calculated value is more than the corresponding target value, the calculated value is displayed in Green colour.
To view the data in these KPIs, the Company and Site fields must be specified in the Filter section.
- Overstock Inventory %

This KPI measures the percentage of inventory that exceeds customer demand. An excess inventory increases the storage costs and ties up capital.
Formula:
Overstock % = 100* Overstock Value / Inventory ValueThe KPI displays the data for the month selected in the Date field and all prior months of the same year.
- Obsolete Inventory %

This KPI measures the percentage of inventory that is obsolete. The obsolete inventory consists of unusable or unsellable stock that is no longer relevant for production or sales.
Formula:
Obsolete % = 100 * Obsolete Value / Inventory ValueThe KPI displays the data for the month selected in the Date field and all prior months of the same year.
- Inventory Turns

This KPI measures inventory efficiency by displaying how often inventory is consumed or replaced relative to inventory value.
Formula:
