Supply Chain Performance
This widget displays these KPIs based on the shipments OTIF, receipts OTIF, claim customer and claim supplier data. For a KPI:
- If the calculated value is less than the corresponding target value, the calculated value is displayed in Red colour.
- If the calculated value is more than the corresponding target value, the calculated value is displayed in Green colour.

This KPI measure the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery processes. This KPI also indicates the ability of a supplier or company to deliver goods or products to the customer:
- On-Time: The date on which the shipment reached at the location of the customer, ensuring timeliness and reliability in meeting delivery schedules.
- In-Full – The shipment includes the full quantity of goods ordered, ensuring the customer receives exactly what was intended, with no shortages.
Formula:
Shipments on-time in-full % = 100 * Perfect outbound order lines / All outbound order lines. This Formula only considers outbound order lines for which the Status must be set to Shipped.Note: The KPI displays data of warehouse orders for Sales, Sales (Manual) and Sales Schedule order origin for the selected and previous months within the same year. The Company and Site fields must be defined in the Filter section. - Receipts on-time in-full

This KPI displays the number of deliveries received on time as planned with the scheduled quantity.
Formula:
Receipts on-time in-full % = 100 * Perfect inbound order lines / All inbound order lines. This Formula only considers inbound order lines for which the Status must be set to Final Receipt.Note: The KPI displays data of warehouse orders for Purchase, Purchase (Manual) and Purchase Schedule order origin for the selected and previous months within the same year. This KPI displays the number of compensation requests submitted by customers due to problems with delivery or the quality of goods or services. This helps in maintaining the accountability and quality control within the supply chain.
Formula:
