Financial Overview

This widget displays the data related to budget, bookings, estimate at completion and backlog.

• Budget: This KPI displays the total budget planned on the projects for the selected program.
• Bookings: This KPI displays the total contract amount for the selected program.
• Estimate at Completion (EAC): This KPI displays the EAC of the projects for the selected program.
• Backlog: This KPI displays the amount that is yet to be invoiced to the customer for the contracts associated with the selected program.

  Formula: Backlog amount= Total Contract Amount – invoiced amount
