Contract Change Order
This widget displays contract change orders associated with contracts that can be managed by the logged-in Program Manager. This widget enables Program Managers to efficiently monitor, review, and track all open contract change orders.
Note: To view the data in this widget, you must specify the Company and Snooze Duration in the Filter section. By default, the Snooze Duration is set to 24 hours.
The Contract change orders with the status Draft, Requested, or Provisioned are displayed in the widget. In this widget, you can view this information:
- Contract Number
- Contract Change Order Number
- Change Order Description
- Initiated Date
- Proposed Change Description
Note: By default, contract change orders are displayed in descending order of the Initiated Date (latest first). You can change the sorting order to view the orders with earliest initiated date first.
You can also view the proposed change information for each contract change order. To view the complete proposed change description, click .
If you click the Drillback option, the Contract Change Order (tpctm1600m200) session is displayed for the selected contract change order.
