Program Performance

This widget displays all the KPIs and amount associated with project in a program, including the details such as earned value, actual cost, budget amount, and EAC.

The displayed data is based on the type of KPIs selected. There are two different KPIs:

• Indices: This KPI displays budget amount, actual costs, EAC, completion date, CPI, SPI,VAC% and OTP for the project. For CPI, SPI and OTP, the calculated value is displayed:
  • In Green if greater than or equal to 1.
  • In Yellow if within to 0.95 to 0.99.
  • In Red if less the 0.95.
  • The KPI calculates the CPI, SPI, VAC and OTP using these formulae:
    • • CPI: Earned Value/Actual Cost
      • SPI: Earned Value/Total Budget
      • VAC%: Estimate at Completion (EAC) - Budget at Completion (BAC)/ Budget at Completion (BAC). The value is displayed in the green color if VAC is greater than 0; the value is displayed in yellow color if the VAC is equal to -5 to 0.009 and the value displayed in red color if the VAC is less the -5.
      • OTP: No. of activities completed till date/ No. of activities planned to be completed as on date
• Amount: This KPI displays budget amount, actual costs and EAC for the project.
