These KPIs are displayed in this widget:
- Production Cost Variance
-
Production Cost Variance represents the difference between estimated and actual costs, combining both operation and material costs.
This KPI displays the YTD utilization and the trend between the current year and previous year.
Formula:
Production Cost Variance % = 100 * Production Cost Ratio – 100Production Cost Ratio = (Production Material Actual Amount + Production Operation Actual Costs) / (Production Material Estimated Amount + Production Operation Estimated Costs)With
Operation Costs = Labor + Machine + Overhead + Subcontracting CostsThe KPI considers only the production orders for which the Order Status is set to Completed, Closed or Archived in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session.
For this KPI:
- If the actual value is negative, the value is displayed in Green colour.
- If the actual value is positive, the value is displayed in Red colour.
Note:- The KPI displays the data for the selected fiscal period as well as all prior fiscal periods within the same year.
- The Company and Site fields must be specified in the Filter section.
- COGS
-
COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) indicates the efficiency of production processes and cost management.
This KPI displays the YTD COGS value along with the trend comparing the current year to the previous year.
Formula:
COGS % = 100 * Cost of goods sold / RevenuesFor this KPI:
- If the actual value is negative, the value is displayed in Green colour.
- If the actual value is positive, the value is displayed in Red colour.
Note:- The KPI displays the data for the selected fiscal period as well as all prior fiscal periods within the same year.
- The Group Company and Taxonomy fields must be specified in the Filter section.
- The KPI is based on taxonomy account K045 from the selected taxonomy.
- Material Cost Variance
-
Material Variance represents the difference between estimated and actual material costs.
This KPI displays the YTD utilization and the trend between the current year and previous year.
Formula:
Material Cost Variance % = 100 * Material Cost Ratio – 100Material Cost Ratio = Material Actual Amount / Material Estimated AmountThe KPI considers only the production orders for which the status is set to Completed, Closed or Archived in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session.

- Rework
-
KPI Rework % represents the cost ratio of rework production orders compared to all production orders.
This KPI displays the YTD utilization and the trend between the current year and previous year.
Formula:
Rework % = 100 * Rework Production Order Cost / Production Order CostWith
Production Order Cost = Production Material Actual Amount + Production Operation Actual CostsWith
Operation Actual Costs = Labor + Machine + Overhead + Subcontracting Actual CostsThe KPI considers only the production orders with status Completed, Closed or Archived in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session.
