This widget displays the count of rework and active rework orders.

Rework orders: Rework order is the count of production orders. To view the rework orders:

  • The value in the Planned Start Date field in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session must be same as specified in Date Range in the Filter section.
  • The Order Status field is set to Created, Modified and Printed in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session.
  • The Rework Order field must be selected.
  • The Planner field value is specified in the Filter section.
Note: If the All Sites check box is selected, the orders for all the sites are displayed, including the order for which the value in the Site field is not specified in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session. If the All Sites check box is cleared, only the orders where the site matches the workspace filter is displayed.

Active Rework Orders: Rework order is the count of production orders. To view the rework orders:

  • The value in the Planned Start Date field in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session must be same as specified in Date Range in the Filter section.
  • The Order Status field is set to Active in the Production Orders (tisfc0501m000) session.
  • The Rework Order field must be selected.
  • The Planner field value is specified in the Filter section.
Note: If the All Sites check box is selected, the orders for all the sites are displayed, including the order for which the value in the Site field is not specified in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session. If the All Sites check box is cleared, only the orders where the site matches the workspace filter is displayed.

To view the data, you can use the Edit option. A slider with three different distinct color-coded ranges is displayed, enabling you to adjust levels. If you modify and save the range settings, the count is automatically categorized based on the updated ranges. The count is displayed in the color assigned to the corresponding range.
