This widget displays the costs associated with dissatisfied customers from late deliveries or material shortages for the selected month and the previous 11 months. The supply chain cost is displayed when you rest the pointer on the bar chart for the specific month as a percentage.

Note: The Group Company and Taxonomy fields must be defined in the Filter section.

Formula: Supply Chain Cost % = 100 * (Operating Expense + COGS) / Revenues
