Objectives and Key results

This widget displays the YTD data for three KPIs. For a KPI:

  • If the actual value is less than the corresponding target value, the calculated value is displayed in Red colour.
  • If the actual value is more than the corresponding target value, the calculated value is displayed in Green colour.

These KPIs are displayed in this widget:

Operating Margin
Operating Margin measures how much of generated sales is remaining after paying all operating expenses, excluding interest and taxes. You can view the operating margin % and target % in this KPI. Grow net margin is calculated for the current year and compared to the target.

Formula: Operating Margin% = 100 * Operating income / Revenues

For this KPI:

  • If the actual value is negative, the value is displayed in Red colour.
  • If the actual value is positive, the value is displayed in Green colour.
Note: 
  • The KPI displays the data for the selected fiscal period as well as all prior fiscal periods within the same year.
  • The Group Company and Taxonomy fields must be defined in the Filter section
Revenue Growth
This KPI displays the increase or decrease in revenue of the current year to revenue of previous year, including current period. This is a difference value that is compared with the target value. You can view the revenue % and target % in this KPI

Formula: Revenue Growth %= (100 * Revenues Current Year / Revenues Previous Year)- 100

Note: 
  • The KPI displays the data for the selected fiscal period as well as all prior fiscal periods within the same year, then divides this by the revenue from the corresponding period in the previous year.
  • The Group Company and Taxonomy fields must be defined in the Filter section
Cash flow Margin
Cash Flow Margin measures how effectively revenue is converted into total cash flow. You can view the cash flow margin % and target % in this KPI. Optimize cashflow margin is calculated for the current year and compared to the target.

Formula: Cash flow Margin %= 100 * Cash Flow / Revenue

Note: 
  • The KPI displays the data for the selected fiscal period as well as all prior fiscal periods within the same year.
