  • The scanned PDF file size allowed can be limited depending on the Infor OS tier level.
  • Use only one PDF with less than 20 pages.
  • Each PDF must contain a single invoice.
  • Minimize the number of emails processed in each run.
  • The quality of the PDF scan quality must be 300 DPI (dots per inch).
  • One PDF must have one Purchase Order and Packing Slip.
