Required Actions

This widget displays data based on the matrix selected in the On Your Radar widget.

Note: The Date Range, Buyer and Planner fields must be specified in the Filter section.

You can use these options in the widget:

  • Snooze: Use this option to turn off the reminder for the action.
  • View Snooze List: Use this option to access the Snooze list window. You can view all the required actions for which the reminder is turned off using the Snooze option. You can click Unsooze to remove the required actions from the snooze list.
  • View All: Use this option to view all the required actions in LN.

Required actions for Planned purchase order(s) matrix

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Planned purchase order(s) matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Planned purchase order(s) window wherein the data is displayed for the selected order. If you click the Transfer option, the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session is displayed.

You can click View All to view all orders with specified item, quantity, date and status. If you click the Order option, the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session is displayed.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the complete list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Planned distribution order(s) matrix

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Planned distribution order(s) matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Planned distribution order(s) window wherein the data is displayed for the selected order. If you click the Transfer option, the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session is displayed.

You can click View All to view all the orders with specified item, quantity, date and status. If you click the Order option, the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session is displayed.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the complete list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Planned subcontracting order(s) matrix

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Planned subcontracting order(s) matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Planned distribution order(s) window wherein the data is displayed for the selected order. If you click the Transfer option, the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session is displayed.

You can click View All to view all the orders with specified item, quantity, date and status. If you click the Order option, the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session is displayed.

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Missing supplier order(s) matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Planned distribution order(s) window wherein the data is displayed for the selected order. If you click the Transfer option, the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session is displayed.

You can click View All to view all the orders with specified item, quantity, date and status. If you click the Order option, the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session is displayed.
