On Your Radar

This widget displays all the urgent and important tasks that a Supply Chain Planner must perform.

The widget comprises of matrices that display the count of urgent and important tasks. You can click a matrix to view the data related to these tasks in the Required Actions widget. These are the available matrices:

• Planned purchase order(s): Displays the count of planned orders. The data in this widget is displayed, only if:
  • The Order Type field is set to Planned Purchase Order in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session.
  • The value in the Planned Start Date field in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session must be same as specified in Date Range in the Filter section.
  • The Planner field value is specified in the Filter section.
  Note: If the All Buyers check box is selected, the orders of each buyer are displayed, including the order for which the buyer is not specified. If the All Buyers check box is cleared, only the orders where the buyer matches the workspace filter is displayed.
• Planned distribution order(s): Displays the count of planned orders. The data in this widget is displayed, only if:
  • The Order Type field is set to Planned Distribution Order in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session.
  • The value in the Planned Start Date field in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session must be same as specified in Date Range in the Filter section.
  • The Planner field value is specified in the Filter section.
• Planned Subcontracting order(s): Displays the count of planned orders. The data in this widget is displayed, only if:
  • The Order Type field is set to Planned Subcontracting Order in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session.
  • The value in the Planned Start Date field in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session must be same as specified in Date Range in the Filter section.
  • The Planner field value is specified in the Filter section.
  Note: If the All Buyers check box is selected, the orders of each buyer are displayed, including the order for which the buyer is not specified. If the All Buyers check box is cleared, only the orders where the buyer matches the workspace filter is displayed.
• Missing supplier order(s): Displays the count of planned purchase orders and planned subcontracting orders.

  The data in this widget is displayed, only if:

  • The Order Type field is set to Planned Purchase Order and Planned Subcontracting Order in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session.
  • The Supplier field is not specified on the External tab in the Planned Order (cprrp1600m000) session.
