Accounts Payable Invoice Automation solutions

Several external solutions are available for Accounts Payable Invoice Automation. Typically, these solutions are used as an ERP agnostic tool for purchase invoice processing. LN CE is used as the backbone for purchase orders, warehouse receipts, master data, open entry control, payments, and management reporting.

Avalara AvaTax

AvaTax is a cloud-based sales tax calculation product, which determines and calculates the latest rates based on location, item, legislative changes, regulations, and more.

Avalara AvaTax enables you to keep up with sales and use tax requirements, generate reports on tax returns, and handle exemptions.

BarTender

BarTender is software for designing, printing and managing barcodes, labels, RFID tags, documents and more.

BarTender software has an intuitive user interface to design labels and templates, configure and connect to data sources and different systems, and launch print commands from any system or device.

LeaseQuery

LeaseQuery© includes software for the lease accounting standards ASC 842, IFRS 16, and GASB 87 and 96. LeaseQuery has these objectives:

  • Facilitate compliance with the lease accounting standards
  • Eliminate accounting errors
  • Perform all the necessary calculations for finance (capital) and operating leases
  • Provide all the financial reporting disclosures that are required for compliance

PEPPOL

PEPPOL is an international eProcurement framework that enables cross-border digital exchange of procurement documents and data. It enables organizations to exchange standard-based documents, such as invoices electronically. PEPPOL transmits data through a secure network of approved service providers, known as Access Points. The Access Points allow the connection to the PEPPOL Network and also the exchange of e-invoices and other documents with the registered trading partners.

Infor LN CE can be integrated with PEPPOL e-invoicing using the Infor Localization Services Platform (LSP) platform.
