JobControl and StockControl

The integration with LN CE speeds up the process of capturing, registering, and processing the data from the shop floor or warehouse to LN CE and vice versa. Remote registration is enabled in a real-time situation, because the apps can be used on external devices.

JobControl can be used at various locations on the production floor, where the operators can see all the necessary information about the work planned and where they can report the production progress. Every screen in JobControl is linked to one or more production resources from LN CE. In the app, you can process a production order by reporting an item as completed or rejected, and register materials and hours spent. The solution also contains a competency matrix for administrators to configure a user’s access to the functionality in JobControl based on a user’s workplace.

StockControl can be used at various locations in the warehouse, such as stock receipt, inbound advice, outbound advice and shipments. Every screen in StockControl is linked to one or more logistic resources from LN CE. In the app, you can process receipts, inbound advices, outbound advices (picking), and expedition. The solution also contains a competency matrix for administrators to configure a user’s access to the functionality in StockControl based on a user’s workplace.
