Approved Count	1 if the status is Approved, else 0
Average Resolution Time by Days	Days taken to close the order divided by the number of orders closed in that period
Average Resolution Time by Hours	Hours taken to close the order divided by the number of orders closed in that period
Canceled Count	1 if the status is Canceled, else 0
Closed Count	1 if the status is Closed, else 0
Completed Count	1 if the status is Completed, else 0
Corrective Action Plan Count	Fact count sourced from qmptc120\ qmptc220 for all open orders
Due Count	1 if the status is Due, else 0
Modified Count	1 if the status is Modified, else 0
Open Count	1 if the status is Open, else 0
Resolution Time in Seconds	Closed Date minus Creation Date in seconds
Submitted Count	1 if the status is Submitted, else 0
deleted	1 if deleted in LN, else 0
