The Non Conformance Report (NCR) functionality allows you to report material that does not conform to the required standard. Non conformance can be reported during inspection (quality or warehouse inspection), during the movement of the material, or when the material is in stock.

Non Conformance Average Resolution Time in Hours by Origin
The Non Conformance Average Resolution Time chart displays the average processing time for the order, i.e. from the status Created to Dispositioned or Closed.
Average Resolution Time in Hours = Sum of the time it took to close all Non Conformance Reports in the selected period / Total number of closed Non Conformance Reports in the selected period.
Non Conformance Average Resolution Time in Days by Origin
The Non Conformance Average Resolution Time chart displays the average processing time for the order, i.e. from the status Created to Dispositioned or Closed..
Average Resolution Time in Days = Sum of the time it took to close all Non Conformance Reports in the selected period / Total number of closed Non Conformance Reports in the selected period.
