This chart is used to display the Pareto analysis of the inspection orders based on the reject reason and the cumulative percentage for the number of inspection orders.

The Pareto principle states that approximately 80% of the effects (faults/ reasons) originate from 20% of the causes. The Pareto chart combines a column chart and a line graph to generate an analysis based on this principle. This analysis covers all the defects including those identified in batches that are transferred based on accept or reject criteria. This analysis enables users to implement CAP efficiently.
