Project Performance
The Project Performance report allows you to review the performance indices of the project. The report displays Budget, Earned and Actual Costs on the report. Cost Variance, Schedule Variance, Schedule Performance Index, Cost Performance Index are calculated on the report as:
- Cost Variance = Earned Value - Actual Costs
- Schedule Variance = Earned Value - Budget
- Cost Performance Index (CPI) = Earned value / Actual cost
- Schedule Performance Index (SPI) = Earned value / Budget
By clicking on , the detail report Budget Vs Actuals by Activity Details is opened. The report can be opened as a dashboard from the menu directly.
