Export and import mappings by taxonomy account
Taxonomy accounts are mapped to chart of accounts.
The taxonomy account mappings can be exported and imported. For example, exported from a test environment and imported in a production environment.
To export taxonomy account mappings:
- In LN, navigate to Taxonomies (tfgld1170m000) session. to start the
- Go to the details of a taxonomy with status Draft, select a taxonomy account with sublevel 0 (zero), and click the button.
- To export mappings for all taxonomy accounts in one go, select in the menu.
- Select all records (CTRL+A) and click the button in the menu.
- The warning Max export limit reached. Only the first xxx rows have been
exported may be displayed. If that is the case, repeat the process to export
remaining records.
Tip: you can reduce the number of records to export, by excluding mappings to the account starting with 9997 in the quick filter bar. After import, mappings to account 9997 can be restored by using
in the menu of the taxonomy account session.
To import taxonomy account mappings:
- In LN, navigate to Taxonomies (tfgld1170m000) session. to start the
- Go to the details of a taxonomy with status Draft, select a taxonomy account with sublevel 0 (zero), and click the button.
- To import mappings for all taxonomy accounts in one go, select in the menu.
- Select
Important: select Import Records in the Overview Session.
in
the menu and select the
upload file, which is the file that contains the exported mapping. - Repeat the import if multiple files were exported.
If you excluded mappings to the account starting with 9997 during export, restore this mapping. Select taxonomy account 9997 and use option
in the menu of the taxonomy account session.

from importing taxonomies and taxonomy accounts, which must be executed in advance and is
described in the Infor LN Analytics for Birst Administration
