The Service Failure Analysis fact includes measures based on Service Resolution - Failure Analysis (tsclm370) and Service Resolution History - Failure Analysis (tsclm400).

In LN, the Diagnostics check box must be selected in the Service General Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session to analyze these facts.
